Iain Nicol

Iain Nicol has been a solicitor in private practice for over 17 years. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law, and also professional negligence law.

As one of only 6 solicitors in Scotland who are members of the Law Society's Pursuers Panel, Mr Nicol is qualified to offer specialist advice on claims against other solicitors. He has an extensive client base dealing with a wide range of accident claims ranging in value from £1000 to several million.

Mr Nicol is also one of several solicitors in Scotland hired by the Law Society to implement the Legal Aid quality assurance scheme to ensure that other solicitors across Scotland are reaching the required standards.
