Work Related Accidents

Work related accidents - stringent duties are imposed upon employers to protect the safety of employees. Many accidents in the work place can be attributed to fault or breach of a statutory regulation by the employer so even if the employee was partly to blame that does not prevent them from making a claim. There are as many different types of work accident as there are accident victims but examples of accident claims arise out of :-
